Blend TWO coffee notes (Dark Chocolate, Tobacco, Dried Fruit and hints of Toffee). This blend of beans from Indonesia + India is roasted individually. One bean is roasted at 413° Fahrenheit and the other bean at 434° Fahrenheit. After roasting, we mix them toghether at the rate of 50/50 for that super clean earthy undertone and slight chocolate taste of what we call melange MEDIUM - DARK ROAST.
